Your first step is to schedule a consultation with one of our caring, experienced doctors. From the moment you connect with our team, you’ll notice this is not your typical doctor’s visit.

2. Prepare For Your first Visit
Watch our YouTube video to see how to prep for your visit. To ensure your first visit goes smoothly, we recommend completing your intake paperwork in advance, which we will send to you, or you can complete them online before your first visit.

3. Day 1 Visit: Scans & Comprehensive Health History
Your first visit will include a IN depth consultation where we will get into the nitty gritty of your/your child’s health history followed by your first set of
neurological scans using CLAinsight technology that is non-invasive and completely safe for the whole family! This will consist of three scans that will find, measure, and quantify how much stress and tension may be stuck in your nervous system interfering with the healing process. This is the deep dive and discovery day where our doctors get to listen to you and play detective with your health.
4. Day 2 Visit: Report of Findings
Your second visit will be when we break down those scans and explain what is going on in your/your child’s nervous system. This is the hope and answers part of your

Your personalized care plan will be presented, perfectly curated with our in-depth neurological care planning system with checkpoints along the way to ensure we are constantly adapting to your nervous system’s needs. The team will help you get visits scheduled, our convenient app downloaded, and make a financial decision that best fits your family.
5. Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic Adjustments
Finally, the moment we’ve been waiting for: the NEUROTONAL adjustment. Your first adjustment will take place at the second visit to allow our team the proper time to determine care needs and the best steps forward. At Transform Chiropractic Wellness Center,
our team is trained in a multitude of techniques including both manual & light touch/tonal approaches. No two adjustments are the same as they are tailored to your needs and constantly adapted throughout care as your nervous system changes.
From here, it’s all about sticking to the plan and working alongside our team to get the best results and to experience miracles for yourself. Healing is a process, not a one-time experience.
Why Neurological INSiGHT Scans?
INSiGHT Scans are quick, non-invasive tools that reveal how your nervous system is truly functioning, not just what symptoms show up. NeuroThermal Scans
Our NeuroThermal Scans reveal temperature variations along the neurospinal system that highlight areas of increased stress (sympathetic activity) and nerve irritation. They help indentify areas connected to digestion challenges, allergies, sleep disturbances, reflux, colic, and chronic infections as well as tension patterns that may be throwing the nervous system off balance.
They are fast, non-invasive, and safe for all ages, including newborns, and easy for families to understand. The scans are a powerful preventative tool, spotting potential dysfunction before symptoms appear.
NeuroMuscular EMG Scans
Our NeuroMuscular EMG Scans reveal patterns of neuromuscular tone and symmetry throughout the neurospinal system, highlighting tension, imbalance, or fatigue in the neuromotor system.They help identify neurodevelopmental and sensory differences, such as ADHD, ASD, and sensory processing challenges.
They offer detailed insight into neuromotor tone and developmental status and are highly sensitive, allowing quick detection of changes. The EMG scans are perfect for guiding and monitoring neurologically focused chiropractic care.
Heart Rate Variability Scans
Our heart rate variability scans reveal the heart’s beat to beat variability which is a leading indicator of autonomic balance and overall resilience. These scans help identify chronic stress patterns, including an overactive sympathetic system or reduced adaptability. Lastly, they allow us to monitor changes in emotional regulation, behavior, sleep, and energy over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my visits take?
Plan on 40-60 minutes for your first visit to allot the proper time to dive deep into your case history and perform scans and an evaluation. Depending on the case and family needs, we occasionally suggest a phone consultation to help ease that first visit. This is primarily used in complex pediatric cases such as autism and special needs or multiple children starting care at once. The second visit will also last around 40-45 minutes depending on the complexity of the case. We recommend that both parents, spouses, or significant others are in attendance at this visit and that initial and progress paperwork is completed online. Subsequent visits during your time at Transform Chiropractic Wellness Center range from 5-15 minutes.
When will I get my first adjustment?
We don’t make any adjustments until your second visit after we’ve reviewed your scans and determined the best course of action for your health.
How much will chiropractic care cost?
Care upfront will typically range from $500-800 as we work through your restoration care and down the line, wellness care is a lot less frequent meaning that your monthly payment will decrease. Your ongoing care benefits you the most. We do offer family discounts and flexible payment plans as well! Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, but you are welcome to submit on your own for reimbursement if you so choose. By avoiding the middle man, we are able to provide high quality, long-term, root cause healing services with lower office costs that make care more affordable for you and the whole family. In general, insurance companies are not focused on any preventative or wellness services. They were designed for quick, short-term symptom and disease care and treatment which is heavily invested in the conventional model of healthcare that too often relies on drugs and surgery to squash symptoms rather than provide deep, lasting neurological healing. We prefer to provide care central to you- meaning we get rid of the middle man so we can help you get to the root cause of your health challenges and STAY healthy long-term. We accept HSA and FSA forms of payment and always welcome open and honest conversations about finances. We are here to serve you and will do all that we can to help.
